I have had nothing but good experiences here, the landlord is amazing and is very kind. He helped several people with rent issues that had come up with the pandemic this year. My apartment was amazingly clean when I moved in. There are groundskeepers that come, I believe once a week or once every 2 weeks to clean up the pavement and keep everything looking nice. There are small renovations that are happening outside but its just painting which isn't a bother. I really love living here, the second floor apartments have beautiful views that cost a lot more than what rent is here. The neighbors are kind and everyone is super quite, it makes me forget that I share a wall with someone! Also Justin Putnam, some how wrote a review about things that happened 3 to 4 YEARS ago just this year, so do not listen to it, this place is really a beautiful place to live.
