Very nice upper Unit on the SW/NW side. Lots of space for the money and gas/heat included. Once upstairs you have a huge kitchen with lots of cupboard and counter space. Also a dishwasher, stove, microwave and fridge. Bathroom with tile stand up shower. Two large bedrooms both with carpet, blinds and closet space. Additional family room and a dining room too. Washer and dryer are also included in this Unit. Parking is on street. New tenants would pay for electric, sidewalk shoveling and trash. Water is $35 per month in addition to rent.
