I am looking for a roommate to sign a lease and move in as of May 1st. I currently rent a two bedroom condo in Queens Station, on the corner of Queens Rd. and 3rd St. I love it and would like to stay another year, but my current roommate is moving out West. The location is wonderful! 5 minutes (if that) to Uptown, Elizabeth, Plaza Midwood, Dilworth. Just a few blocks from the Sugar Creek Greenway and Metropolitan shopping center. About the condo: It’s roughly 950 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, an additional sink/vanity area in one of the bedrooms, and a roomy open concept kitchen, dining, and living room space. It also has a large balcony and one included parking space. Additional parking is close as well. Washer/dryer are included and there’s a dishwasher. I have most common space furniture (dining room set, couch, etc.), but we can find space for whatever you might have as well. Rent: $650 per person. Internet runs $25 per person, and power is anywhere from $25-45 per person, depending on the time of year. About me: I’m a young professional female in my late 20s. I work Uptown, M-F, 8-4:30 PM. I’m respectful, easy going, and clean. I go to the gym most evenings after work or grab dinner/drinks with friends. Weekends are a mix of activities and going out as well as down time at home. About you: I’m looking for a young professional, mid 20s to mid 30s. Someone that is easy going and relatively clean and that I can trust to pay rent and bills in a timely manner.
