Beautiful fully furnished Studio. This is a master bed / bath that has been converted into a Studio rental. The rental unit has its own private entrance, its own bath & shower, kitchenette and plenty of storage. It comes equipped with an Amazon smart oven / microwave, induction cook top, cookware, refrigerator / freezer, flatware utensil set, cutlery set and dinnerware set (plates, bowls, cups). Furniture includes wall art, platform bed with mattress and linens, pillows, breakfast nook table & chairs, 9-drawer dresser, loveseat with ottoman, 2 nightstands with table lamps, a floor lamp, alarm clock, work desk, wall mounted TV and office chair. Access to on-site washer & dryer are included. Heat and air conditioning are also included through a central heat / cooling system. Room also has a floor heater and ceiling fan for additional heating and cooling control. The unit also includes the following amenities that are paid by the homeowner (so no additional cost to you): Gas, Water, Electric, Trash, Sewer and high speed internet access along with the possibility to use the homeowner's Fire TV access which includes Sling TV. Additionally, this unit has had multiple noise mitigation materials installed in the walls so sounds between the main part of the house and the rental are knocked down to nothing for normal sounds like conversations or TV watching. The house is in a gated community so it is a very safe neighborhood. If you look up the crime statistics for this area there are no crimes in this neighborhood. There is a gate code needed to enter. Additionally, the home is equipped with security cameras. The house sits next to and overlooks a golf course. There is also a patio furniture set that the tenant may use and the community has a clubhouse, pool and hot tub. Nearby there are multiple wineries and the San Diego Wildlife Park is very close by. The area is beautiful. If you're looking for safety and scenery, this place is great. Although the homeowner lives on-site, I respect your privacy. You can have as little contact with me as you like since the rental unit has everything you need and a private entrance. The rental is a completely separate space and is completely private. Lease agreement lengths are 3 month, 6 month or 1 year. Typically, I prefer to rent to one individual, but if two people are looking for a space I will consider an additional person for an extra fee per month (due to higher utility consumption and the additional parking). No smoking please. No motorcycles or loud vehicles please. One vehicle per resident.
