This renovated unit features a modern kitchen with ample counter and cabinetry space and a dishwasher and two large bedrooms and 1 average size bedrooms with lots of closet space. The unit also boasts tall ceilings and hardwood floors throughout the entire living space. Other amenities included central HVAC, in-unit laundry and possible parking for an additional fee. The tree-lined streets in Southport Corridor are home to popular retails chains as well as independently owned boutiques and shops. Entertainment is abundant with the Music Box Theater and several nightlife locations. Downtown Chicago is only a short ride away on the Brown Line CTA. Please read this important information before applying: This apartment lease will include a one-time, non-refundable Administration Fee of $300.00 per adult on the lease. Minors living at the apartment with their parents or guardians are exempt. If you are applying with a cosigner or cosigners, their Administration Fee will be $100.00 per cosigner instead of $300.00. When you apply, an Application Fee of $200.00 per person will be owed for every adult (“adult” meaning “a person who is 18 years of age or older, or a minor living without a guardian”) that is applying to live in the apartment. This Application Fee is comprised of a $150.00 down-payment that removes the apartment from the market while your application is being processed, and a $50.00, non-refundable Application Processing Fee. If you are not approved for the apartment, the $150 down-payment will be refunded to you; if you are approved, it will be applied towards the Administrative Fee, with the remainder due when you sign your lease. However, if you decide to cancel your application, you will forfeit the $150.00 down-payment.
