Shared private backyard with fig tree and grape vines, lawn, and patio with table, chairs, and umbrella. Good street parking. Home located in Burnside-Gorge neighbourhood. Eight minutes (3.5 kms) from downtown campus and 13 minutes (7 kms) from UVic main campus. On direct bus routes (26/21/22) to both UVic main and downtown campuses. Other local bus routes include 11 and 8. Bike storage available. Looking for non-smoking, no pets, responsible, and non-partying people. $2400 per month plus share of utilities.
