Great location on Bay Street, next to the Lawn Bowling Club, children's playground and Save On Foods shopping mall. A Fitness Center is available to adult Tenants on the 4th floor. Contact the on-site Manager, Olesia, for more information. Call (778) 770-1409. This Property is transitioning to be a smoke-free environment effective May 1 2017. With all new Tenancies we are now renting newly renovated non-smoking apartments to non-smoking Tenants.
