(never run out) Decent natural light for a basement suite, and windows on both ends of the apartment open for cross breeze. Hard wired internet connections in living room and bedroom, and wifi. Alcove for desk or dresser. Dresser is currently in place. Living room and bedroom are on opposite sides of the suite. Dining table and chairs already in place to fit the dining nook. $1800 including all utilities (heat, a/c, electricity, garbage, water, and internet--hard wired and wifi). Damage deposit, 1 year lease, and references required. Great location near Lansdowne and Foul Bay. Walking distance to Hillside mall, Oak Bay recreation centre, grocery stores, parks, Estevan village, Willows beach. Short walk to buses to UVic, (7/21, 15, 11) downtown, and more buses with a 12 min walk (8, 14). Sorry--no smoking or vaping of any substances, no pets, and no parties as it is in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, and we live on the main floor. Please be aware that the ceiling height is 6'9, with one bulkhead between kitchen and living room just under 6’2. And sorry, there is no bathtub.
