Hard wired internet connections in living room and bedroom, and wifi. Alcove for desk in bedroom. Living room and bedroom are on opposite sides of the suite. Dining table and chairs can be removed if you have your own. $1800 including all utilities (heat, a/c, electricity, water, and internet--hard wired and wifi). Available March 1st. Damage deposit, 1 year lease, and references required. Great location near Lansdowne and Foul Bay. Walking distance to Hillside mall, Oak Bay recreation centre, grocery stores, parks, Willows beach. Short walk to buses to UVic, downtown, and more locations. Sorry--no smoking or vaping of any substances, no pets, and no parties as it is in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, and we live on the main floor. We are still working on the suite when you review the photos. Still to come: stacked washer/dryer, cabinet around fridge and washer dryer with small storage areas above, tall cabinet/pantry, desk for alcove in the bedroom, storage closet in the suite, and small patio in backyard. Please be aware that the ceiling height is 6'9, with one bulkhead between kitchen and living room just under 6’2. And sorry, there is no bathtub.
