Dining table and chairs already in place to fit the dining nook. $1800 including all utilities (heat, a/c, electricity, garbage, water, and internet--hard wired and wifi). Damage deposit, 1 year lease, and references required. Great location near Lansdowne and Foul Bay. Walking distance to Hillside mall, Oak Bay recreation centre, grocery stores, parks, Estevan village, Willows beach. Short walk to buses to UVic, (7/21, 15, 11) downtown, and more buses with a 12 min walk (8, 14). Sorry--no smoking or vaping of any substances, no pets, and no parties as it is in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, and we live on the main floor. Please be aware that the ceiling height is 6'9, with one bulkhead between kitchen and living room just under 6’2. And sorry, there is no bathtub.
