About 3116 Orange Street
Extensively remodeled two story home for new family to enjoy. Close to top schools in East County. 7 min from Ranch San Diego and 10 min from 94 freeway. Very quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood. House is completely gated around with about a quarter acre for tenants use. Plenty of parking for cars and toys. Property will be available for showing on sat. December 17th. Property will be available for move in Jan 1st. Only 2 pets allowed and breed of dog must be approved by owners before approval. There will be an additional $200 deposit for each animal and they must be covered under rental insurance. Max of 6 people can be living in home (including children). Included will be 4+ parking spots, room for recreational vehicles (storage only not for living!), pest control, and trash. Utilities tenant pays for will be water, electricity, and propane. This is a non-smoking residence. A portion of the front of the property will be gated off and used for owners own personal recreational vehicles and will not be available for tenants use. Tenant will be in charge of general yard maintenance. Owner will take care of trimming trees.
