It's been over a year since my wife, our two years old ESA pet and I moved to heatherwood Garden apartments and we totally love it here. When it comes to the Management and crew, they are responsible, respectful and hardworking people. Rent is affordable, neighbors are friendly kind and caring which makes the environment warm and pleasant. There were some bad weeds, discriminating against residents with SERVICE pets on the property. Fortunately they moved out of this property. I can bet that, a few complains I have read here are from those people, their family and long distance friends, who hate to follow the rules / have unrealistic expectations or suffering from Hatred disorder against other Humans and Pets ! The only place for such would be owning and not renting !

This community has became my home. It is very peaceful, maybe every once and a while you will hear people have gatherings on the weekend, but nothing too crazy. Everyone in this community are very polite and friendly. Yes this community is pet friendly however there is little to none loud barking going on and everyone has done a better job at picking up after them. The landlord is amazing, she treats you like family and it is always great to see her around the apartments. Having grocery stores like Costco, Walmart, Von's, and Ralph's are very convenient.
