About 3109 S Kachina Dr #NA
About the Room: I’m renting the master bedroom in my house, which has it’s own private bathroom. It’s a spacious room with a big closet and a window facing the backyard. Recently had new floors put in, painted, and put in a new ceiling fan. The house is a 3br/2ba. Common spaces are living room, dining room, and kitchen. Backyard has a pool, covered patio, lawn, garden, and tortoise. House is located in a culdesac, it’s a great neighborhood right around the corner from Sprouts, Starbucks, a gym, and more. 10 min from ASU. Pictures include current furniture but will clear out. I have a couple pieces of furniture (twin bed, desk, mirror, storage cubes) I can offer for furnishings but may affect rent price. Utilities will be included unless there is a drastic use, then we can renegotiate. I'm looking for at least school-year long lease up to a year (so 8-12 months). About Me: I’m a single mom with two kids, 5 and 8 year old boys. I have them 50/50, so you would need to feel comfortable with kids in the house half the time. We do a good job keeping communal spaces free of toys (I’m very organized, not a fan of clutter). I work full time in an office (occasionally WFH). I enjoy time at home but I am often out and about. I’m looking for a young, trusted female, who is organized, reliable, trustworthy, kind, independent, and good with kids (since they’ll be around a lot). Interview, references, credit check and background check will be required.
