Lovely home a few blks to Clear Lake. Lake community w/nearby restaurants, grocery, shopping and much more. Lawn care included. Home has an entry room with closet,very nice spacious living area w/high ceiling, new flooring recent paint in all rooms&deck. The primary bedroom,spacious,nice windows overlooking backyard,2 closets,private bathroom, ceiling fan /light fixture. The front bedroom is also very spacious/closet, ceiling fan/light fixture/ 3 windows overlooking the front yard. Middle bedroom is also a very nice size / closet & windows & could also be used as an office. All kitchen appliances, including gas stove, refrigerator, & dishwasher are approximately two years old. AC and heating, washer, dryer & hot water heater are also just over two years old. Partial roof replaced a little over two years as well. Hurry, make your appointment soon.
