There is plenty of closet storage space throughout the apartment including a kitchen pantry, a coat closet, and a linen closet. All units come with a sizable and fully enclosed garage! The lower units feature a walk-out patio and the upper units have an oversized premium deck. Units start at $1,345 per month and include gas, heat, water, sewer, trash, recycling, and parking. Residents would be responsible for electricity and any wifi/cable options you should want. There is a laundry facility on-site. The security deposit is $995.45 and we have a $50 application fee.
