I haven't moved in yet, but I can say that Tom was super helpful! I am moving all the way from Texas and have had so much trouble find a place to move into which is super stressful doing all of it by internet. The application and process was easier then any of the other apartment complex's I applied for spending at least 50 on each with multiple tries! I cannot thank you enough Tom!!! I am forever grateful!

Most units have been renovated, all units got new windows, the outside got new siding, laundry rooms have been renovated. Now has a great property management team, prompt maintenance, added dog runs, and security cameras. I have lived here 5 years and I love all the new improvements. Neighborhood is shady so lock up your belongings.
