Cable/internet ready in bedroom. All rooms freshly painted, new hardwood flooring, wood blinds. new recessed lighting, dimmer switches, fan, garbage disposal, audio/video security with remote entry. Small additional storage area in your room. The room itself is 12x11 (not including storage area). Large all grass back yard with picnic table for your use. Plentiful off street parking. Driveway parking during snow emergencies. 1/2 mile from kings beach. I'm hoping to find someone in their twenties or early thirties close to my age however this is not a requirement.
