It is also the closest street to the new Orange line opening up September 12th (the Tacoma/Johnson stop, complete with bike and ride facility: and is also stupid adjacent to the Spring Water Corridor. You can access the corridor directly from the street the home is on. Great spot for cyclists, runners and other such trail enthusiasts. The deets: The home is 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. You would share a full bath with tub with two other individuals. There will be 4 folks total living in the home but 1 travels at 50-75% so it's more like 3. Shared living room/dining space and come w/remodeled kitchen, refrigerator, and dishwasher along with baseboard heating. Recycle/compost a must & split utilities evenly (wifi, electric, water, sewer, 1x/month cleaner). Two roommates travel frequently for work so it will not be cramped (is 1500 sq feet) one at 50-75%. The rooms: The room is 12.5 x 11 feet offered at $600/month. A security deposit that is refundable upon move-out is due with the first month and last month's rent and 6 month lease. The application and lease will be handled by a property management company who will also manage the repairs or maintenance matters for the home as well. Sharing things: You'll be sharing this household with mid-20s working professionals. This is definitely a household that has fun and loves the outdoors but keeps the work week mellow and house tidy. Please only apply if you're interested in keeping a clean house and sharing chores (and by sharing chores, we mean really sharing chores). Personality: Must have a sense of humor, not be too up tight and communicative about needs/desires/existential crises and the like. Well maybe not the existential crises, but know how to talk about your roommate associated feels please.
