Rent is 700.00 a month and utilities are split three ways with two other roommates (run under 150 in the summer and under 100 in cooler months). House is fully furnished; you would only need to provide your own bedroom furniture. Lease term of 1 year. Your two roommates would be a Rice University PhD (in English) student and a social worker at Methodist Hospital. We are both fun, studious twenty-somethings who are new to the Houston area, and we are looking for a young working/student female to share our rental house with us! Female applicants only PLEASE. I do have two dogs, so any prospective roommate must be okay with and not allergic to dogs. Dogs ok. Cats ok.

Great spacious room for rent in gorgeous three-bedroom, two-bathroom house in West University. Walking distance from Rice University, The Village, and Upper Kirby. Lovely hardwood floors, lots of windows, great kitchen with new appliances, fully furnished common ares, huge backyard. Safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We're two female grad students at Rice, looking for a female student or young professional. The house is pet friendly, and we're friendly, relaxed and pretty focused on school. The third bedroom for rent has a big closet, large windows, and gorgeous hardwood floors. Well-maintained by great landlords. Available March 2
