Three bedrooms, a second smaller living room and a bathroom occupy the basement level. A TV in the basement living room is included. Enjoy a private porch in back. Laundry is conveniently located in the building. Hot water and heating has been customized for this space (never worry about running out of hot water with multiple people showering, or the apartment being unevenly heated, as there are thermostats on both the top and bottom floors).
