Maximum 2 pets are allowed with a Pet Deposit equal to 1/2 (one-half) of one month’s rent; $25 per month for the first pet and $35 per month for the second pet. Additional pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the size of the pet and the type of property. All pets must comply with local regulations and any breed or weight restrictions specific to the property and City Ordinances. Prior approval and a signed pet addendum are required.
