Large pantry and slide out drawers for additional storage. Full size refrigerator and in unit stackable washer and dryer add to space and convenience. Spacious walk-in white tiled shower with newer fixtures and quiet mini-split for air conditioning and heat add to comfort. Along with your private parking spot, a separate lockable shed is provided, adding to convenient storage for your bike, beach chairs, and ice chest- the basic necessities to enjoy your active California lifetsyle. You'd be hard pressed to find a better unit with the style, comfort, and convenience your looking for. We don't allow drugs of any kind including no smoking or vaping on the property, or in the unit. Your credit score needs to be a minimum of 670. Rental agreement is month to month. Security deposit equals monthly rent.
