This home is close to restaurants, businesses, schools and recreation! Quick and easy access to 1-25 to Boulder and Denver. ( Buck stove fireplace is non-functioning and for decorative purposes). No dogs please, cats ok. Deposit equal to 1 month's rent due at signing. May request additional deposit depending on credit and income.
