AVAILABLE NOW - Cozy 1 Bedroom Apartment - Beautiful Remodeled Apartment. Newer appliances, New Water Faucet, New paint New Flooring. Private patio. One assigned cover parking. Close to H-5, Schools and Shopping Centers. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. (water, sewer and trash will be posted to tenants ledger while SMUD/PG&E will be in Tenants name) Application will be reviewed on a first come, first reviewed basis. If you submit an application, you are allowing our office to run the initial background check after which time you will be put in the queue until the property is ready for showing. If you submit your application but are unable to wait for the property to be ready, you will be allowed a full refund. Tenants will be enrolled in a “Resident Benefits Package” ($25 per month on top of the rental price). Renters insurance is required.
