This is a classic New Orleans half-shotgun (5 rooms: 3 rooms + kitchen + bathroom) in a great location. We're situated on the edge of the Marigny/Bywater - around the corner from Mimi's, Lost Love, Big Daddys, and Mardi Gras Zone, and a quick bike ride from Frenchmen St. Except for when Chewbacchus or Krewe du Vieux rolls down our street, our block is relatively quiet and, while AirBnB is creeping in, for the most part the residents on our block are long-term renters or owners. We all know and look out for each other and we're hoping to rent to like-minded folks. Just the facts: - solar power (=low Entergy bills!) - pocket doors - 2x closets - large, eat-in kitchen - 2yr old gas stove - 2yr old full-size fridge - clawfoot tub - keyless front entry - owner occupied next door
