Cute rocking chair front porch is the perfect place to relax in the warmer seasons with a glass of iced tea. Hardwoods throughout the living, dining, bedrooms and office area/bonus room. Living room has wood burning fireplace and large ceiling fan. Formal dining area can be closed off from the living room with French doors. The farm house kitchen has vintage range, huge kitchen sink, fridge, portable dishwasher, and pantry space. Full-size walk down basement provides good storage and also houses the washer and dryer.
