I absolutely love my apartment. The office staff is awesome. Maintenance is on the job perfect work as well as the timeframe when order is called in. I love Encore at the park. The only one downfall is that the neighbors with dogs does not poop scoop you can possibly step in some poop.

I moved to Durham last year and moved to the community June, 2017. I love the quietness and beautiful landscaping of the grounds. Anytime, there is a problem management immediately responds to my issue without any hesitations or problems. I am truly satisfied with the staff and my apartment here at Encore at the Park. I hope to continue my stay a little while longer.

So far, My experience have been great with management! Jordyn was an awesome help when I first inquired about the property and I recently spoke to Bruce when I put in my application and he was really nice. I love how helpful management is. This says a lot before you move into a property, I’m looking forward to living here!

I enjoy living here at Encore at the Park. Property is very attractive & in a great location— not far from shopping centers, restaurants & I-40. Property is always clean, I always find maintenance tidying up the place every morning. I’ve never had issues with neighbors, everyone here is friendly and goes about their business. Maintenance requests are taken care of the same day & the staff at the office are obliging whenever a question may arise.

Love the closeness to shopping, airport, work. This property recently had a change in management and things have improved. You can tell they actually care about us the Residents .
Maintenance is doing a good job as well. I love the 24 hour fitness center and the dog park for my Schnauzer Coco.
There are food trucks that come on certain days, and they put on events for us as well. All around a great community .to live in

We have lived here for over 2 years and just signed our lease for another year. The maintenance team has been responsive to any problems and the complex is well cared for. We've had consistent upgrades around the property; buildings painted, parking lot paved, new mailboxes, etc. We like that there are mature trees and it backs up to woods. It's also off the main road so there's not a lot of traffic noise. We recommend living here.
