Hello All! I am currently looking for a roommate to move in by the end of August. The room is $1200 a month with a private bathroom and your very own parking spot underground. Looking for a young professional who works full time, is responsible, and with good positive energy! Apartment: The unit is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment (both master bedrooms) in the heart of downtown. The layout of the apartment is perfect, creating two fully independent private spaces. The apartment is a corner unit with a gorgeous balcony with a view of downtown. The room that is available is a master bedroom with a private bathroom. There is an underground parking spot for you, and visitor parking is great as well! There is an in-unit washer and dryer, a private balcony, central a/c, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. The gym in the apartment complex is a state of the art gym (if you are into working out!) Utilities (water, trash, sewage, electric, cable, internet) are approximately $150 a month, which we would split 50/50. Location: The apartment is located at the Avana on Pine apartment complex, located on Pine and Broadway (Address is 250 Pacific Avenue). This complex is located in the heart of downtown, near all of the restaurants and bars on Pine Ave. Basically, we get all of the amenities of downtown living without worrying about parking or a big commute. Me: I am a 26-year old professional male. I work full-time in downtown Long Beach, and I am also a basketball coach part-time. I am into working out, sports, and grabbing a beer from time to time. You: Looking for a kind, social, clean, and respectful roommate who is responsible about their rent and bills (we split everything 50/50. Open to sharing apartment with either male or female as long as they are responsible, stable and clean. The place is furnished but I'm always up for some new decor, so bring some if you'd like. The room available will NOT be furnished and will be cleaned out before your arrival. Move-in: My actual roommate is moving out at the end of August, so you can be ready to move in by September 1st. Rent: $1200/month. You'll have to sign for a 12 month lease required by the leasing office. NO MONTH TO MONTH.
