Boston College is within reasonable distance as is Cleveland Circle. The unit has a spacious floor plan, offering a large entryway, separate/spacious main living area, an eat-in-kitchen kitchen with space for a dining table, and a bathroom that has nice separation from the rest of the apartment. The living area has enough space to accommodate a bed-set and still have room for a couch and television, etc. The kitchen is very clean and has an area ideal for a dining table or home office. Bathroom has a classic style with subway tile and a hand-laid tile floor, but is very well maintained. The entire apartment is clean and incredibly well cared for. There are 2 large closets, built in shelves offering additional storage, five windows, beautiful hardwood floors, and high ceilings. Laundry is on the ground floor. The monthly rent includes heat and hot water. Landlord requires first month rent and a 1-month security deposit prior to move-in.
