Located right in the heart of the Highlands, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo provides the perfect location for anyone wanting to experience city life. This home contains wood floors throughout the common areas, tile in the bathroom, and carpeting in the bedroom. You will love the open concept kitchen/dining/living. The Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, an island, and lots of cabinet space. There is plenty of storage space available here, including a large walk-in closet in the bedroom. There is an East facing balcony that has access from both the bedroom and the living room. Complete with vaulted ceilings, and central A/C this home provides a comfortable atmosphere to relax or entertain. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit. There is also access to the building's gym right outside the front door. This unit includes one assigned parking space in the underground garage, as well as a storage unit behind the parking space. Just off Speer Blvd and Zuni St, only minutes from downtown Denver, you can't go wrong with the location of this home! You will need to submit proof of income at the time of application submission. *660+ credit score is required. *Applicants may be considered with credit scores between 659 and 620 with an added recurring monthly Marginal Credit Score Fee of 1/12th of monthly rent. Approved applicants can resubmit credit information later if credit score is improved to 660+.
