This single family home is conveniently located between Boulder and Denver in quaint Louisville, just minutes away from highway 36, grocery stores, Costco and restaurants. There are beautiful walking paths and open space a minute's walk. This is a light filled, four bedroom and 2 bathroom ( one is 3/4 of a bathroom) home with central heating and AC. The bathrooms were updated within the last three years and the interior of the house was painted at that time. No carpet anywhere. Flooring is a combination of tile, laminate and wood. Washer and dryer are located inside the house. There's a two car attached garage and a large fenced yard with sprinkler system. No utilities are included with the rental cost. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities: water, sewage, trash collection, gas, electricity, internet and cable. Tenant responsible for lawn maintenance and snow removal.
