Property Id: 1510404 Hello! I am looking to fill the master bedroom of a three-bedroom condo. Available August 1. It is located in Mountlake Terrace close to both the North and South I-5 and the light rail station which should be opening before the end of the year. It is $1000 (not including utilities and Wi-Fi which are split three ways). You will have your own bathroom with bath/shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Washer/Dryer located in-unit. An assigned parking spot is included and there is plenty of guest parking if that is of concern. Pool, hot tub, and fitness center onsite. The other two rooms are occupied by me, a 31 year old female, and a 29 year old male. We are both friendly and want to find a good fit and someone that is respectful and clean. Sorry no pets allowed. First, last, $250 security deposit and a $50 admin fee required upon signing lease. Feel free to message me for more pictures or more information if you are interested!
