Hi my name is Meagan and I’m looking for a roommate to rent a room in my apartment. You will have your own bathroom and unfurnished room. There is also storage space available in the common area, a decent size cabinet with three large shelves. The rent is $850 a month plus half of the utilities which are typically about $125 a month per person. There is a one time fee for parking which is $100. And a $49 application fee to check credit. You will sign the lease so the apartment complex knows who lives here but you will be on a month to month lease with either party able to give a 30 days notice at anytime. There isn’t laundry in my apartment unfortunately but there are plenty of machines available in every building to use. To wash a load is $2 and to dry is $1.50. There are pools, bbq pits and a 24 hour fitness room available. The complex and the neighbors are fairly quiet and low key. You will be close to several grocery stores, Walmart, Target. The complex is located right behind the Carlsbad mall so shopping and a movie theater is also close by. Also it’s only a 7 minute drive to the beach!! I’m open to pets however the complex charges a $500 deposit and $50 extra per month which unfortunately I can’t do anything about. You can move in June 1st!
