Central air and heat, owner will change air filters on a monthly basis. Outside (covered) shared washer and dryer. Downstairs: Spacious living room, kitchen has a dishwasher, gas stove, and fridge. Upstairs: Two bedrooms, master bedroom has a walk in closet and attic access. No closet in second bedroom, but there is a hall closet. Conveniently located just off the Jefferson and Freret intersection, the house is situated right next to Village Coffee, Origami Sushi, and Dat Dog is just two blocks away. Public transportation is great- you’re right on the Freret Jet bus line and the streetcar is a short 6 block walk, with Tulane and Loyola Universities 6 blocks away as well. Rent is $1500 per month, with a $1500 security deposit with a one year lease. Pets are allowed at the discretion of the landlord, and an $800 security deposit is required. All utilities are paid by tenant. References and proof of income, such as a pay stub or student loan document, will be checked so please have that ready.
