This amazing house features a bright and open floorplan, the formal dining/living rooms have pool views, a cozy fireplace with a double door office just off the living room. Three bedrooms are upstairs in the main house, one bedroom and bathroom (ada compliant) is detached (separate entrance with no access to house except through the front door or garage door). Neutral tile and carpet flows throughout the main level. The kitchen offers a dual island with granite counters, built-in appliances, white euro cabinets, a large walk-in pantry and is open to the family room with a second fireplace and more pool views. The second level includes the primary suite with retreat and private en-suite w/bathroom, a walk-in shower, a separate soaking tub with large picture window and a walk-in closet. The two secondary bedrooms are spacious and share a Jack-N-Jill bathroom (each bedroom has direct bathroom access).
