I honestly keep seeing bad reviews and so far I’ve had nothing but good things happen! When I applied they emailed me next day saying what they needed and they were very accommodating with my ESA animal because according to California law as of January 1st, 2022, you need proof of a 30 day consultation and waiting period from a licensed health professional to get a letterhead and signature! They accepted my housing accommodation letter and her ID as well as the licensed professionals email I forwarded them until I can get the letter! I had no problems submitting any paperwork and they have been communicative, fast responding to any questions through email and phone, and approved my application a day after all my information was verified! They told me my apt is move ready and I could move in the day of which was awesome! However they are currently going to be doing modifications and upgrades the following week so they said I can always move in later and adjusted the number and information in my lease! This gives me more time to set up my bills and what not prior to moving in! I would love to give a shout out to Jerry for being so helpful with any questions I had and Danyelle for helping me with my paperwork and being in charge of my application and being super sweet and very fast and efficient with everything! They made this process so smooth and effortless and I’m excited to move into my first apt ever!!

Great community to live at. As much reviews state this is an older community, but staff work really hard on keeping this place clean and safe for its residents. Erika and Sara the community managers are very helpful and consider their resident's needs.
