I move there 5 years ago the apartments are modest but very clean, and well mantain. We rented a house and move out. Now 5 years later we are moving back in love this place. Kid and pet friendly. Great rates. I recommend this place to anyone. Never had a problem with insects other than a random house spider.Chris the manager is awesome, stay on her good side though!

My wife and i use to live here about a year ago, and now we wished we would have never left. In the almost three years living here we never had any issues. All of these reviews that managment sucks are incredibly false. Chris was never anything short of courteous, kind, and extremely professional. The units themselves are older, but still very nice. We never had any issue with bugs, ants...etc. i would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone in a heartbeat. As a matter of fact, we may just move back in ;)
