Details about the house: - 10 min walk to the Redwood city caltrain and less than a mile from I-101. - easy commute to SF or Stanford (30 minutes via public transit or 40 minute bike ride to campus) - very walkable location: - close to grocery store, restaurants, bars, movie theater and more in downtown Redwood city - well furnished communal spaces (including a tv and computer for video games!) - furnished office and guest room - marble countertops in kitchen - gas range and stove - in unit washer and dryer - dishwasher About the room - massive walk in closet with extensive shelves and storage - private bathroom (toilet, sink, shower and Jacuzzi bathtub) - large south facing windows The house has 2 other occupants, one in each of the two other bedrooms.
