One of our roommates is sadly moving out, leaving 1 bedroom available in our awesome townhouse in Redwood City. Available for move-in immediately. The house is located just west of El Camino and Center, across the street from a Target, walking distance to many restaurants and stores, short drive to Caltrain and downtown Redwood City. The ground floor consists of the spacious living room, working fireplace, dining area, good sized kitchen, shared half-bathroom, and storage closet. It backs out into our quite large private backyard and also has an entrance to the garage. One important thing to note about this apartment is that it will be almost completely unfurnished, so we'll need go in on some furniture for the common areas together. Nice neighbourhood, helpful landlord. The room will be empty and is a good size, with a large closet and a big window. It shares a full bathroom with one other bedroom. All bedrooms are on the second floor. David, 24, has lived here for a bit over a year now. Stephen, 22, just recently moved in (other roommate got a job in the city). We just met, but are two easygoing guys who work pretty hard and enjoy relaxing at home. Ideal roommate is in early/mid-20s, easygoing, clean but not a neat freak, fun, sociable, intelligent, and respectful. You're welcome to have a few friends over for drinks, but please no crazy parties during the week. Rent is $850/month. Utilities run roughly $60-70/month on top. The lease is month to month, but we're looking for someone who wants to stay at least 6-12 months. First month's rent + $850 deposit required.
