We just met, but are two easygoing guys who work pretty hard and enjoy relaxing at home. Ideal roommate is in early/mid-20s, easygoing, clean but not a neat freak, fun, sociable, intelligent, and respectful. You're welcome to have a few friends over for drinks, but please no crazy parties during the week. Rent is $850/month. Utilities run roughly $60-70/month on top.
