Separate utility room with washer/dryer hook ups and large utility sink. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and oil heat. Standard security deposit is same rent amount. Pets are welcome upon prior owner approval and favorable pet screening report and rental history. Standard increased deposit is $500 per approved pet, pet rent may be applied per owners' discretion. 48-hour notice to show the property as the home is currently occupied.
