All buildings have a locked entry door with an intercom system. It has been painted, cleaned, and the carpeting cleaned. Newer counters, black gas stove, black refrigerator, and black dishwasher. Ceramic tile in the entry, kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. The storage/laundry area fits a full-size washer/dryer (not provided), and water is free! There is a coin-operated washer/dryer on the third floor of the building. 1 reserved parking space- parking is not covered. There is plenty of additional parking on the property. The condo has gas heating, a gas stove, electric lights, and central AC. The condo association pays for the water, trash, and sewer services, and the resident is responsible for gas and electricity. Affordable and clean, The Enclave is conveniently located on Bethel Road and on the bus line, just 3 miles from 315. It would be a great location to live if you commute to downtown or campus. The office is open Monday and Friday from 9:30 to 5 and Wednesday from 9:30 to 12. Feel free to email us directly if you'd like to set up a time to see it outside of office hours. We would be happy to make arrangements with you. You would have to take possession within 3 weeks of submitting your application. Once you are approved for the unit, you have 48 hours to meet to sign the lease agreement and pay the security deposit. You must qualify- good rental history, good credit, and income needs to be between 3-4x the monthly rent (gross) The condo association allows cats on the property with a pet deposit, or ANY emotional support/service animal with proper paperwork submitted for approval to The Enclave Condo Association.
