Utility area with washer and dryer hookups are in the basement as well. Washer and dryer in unit are not owner supplied appliances and will not be repaired or replaced, but tenant is welcome to use them. Owner will remove them if they break down or tenant does not want them. .75 bath on this level as well. Off the kitchen is the great covered deck, which leads down to a paved little courtyard. Large carport for off street parking, and a fully fenced side yard with great fruit trees. Sorry, hot tub is non operational..:( Gas forced air heat and on city water and sewer. Sorry no pets..
