All utilities, WiFi, washer/dryer, and all furniture furnished. The apartment has a separate, private entrance from your own personal carport. Security lights on front and back. The back door leads onto a small private screened porch with the washer and dryer. The back porch leads onto a small deck and into a private, fenced 15 x 15 paved patio. Tenants have use of a fire pit and grill. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Only one month’s rent in advance is required to move in. There are no other charges other than the rent each month.
