The home has a large living room with big windows that let in great natural light. The kitchen has room for a small table and includes a fridge, stove, and plenty of cabinet space. Down the hall you'll find both bedrooms, one of which can easily fit a king sized bed plus dressers, and the full bathroom that has a tub and extra open shelving. There is an unfinished basement that includes a new washer and dryer and has plenty of room for storage. Central AC/Heat. Pets up to 25lbs negotiable with a $250 pet fee and $25/month pet rent. Tenant pays all utilities. There is a $50 application fee per adult, deposit is $1100, and if approved there is a one time administrative fee of $150(this is waived if you move in).
