Apartment B is the back part of the duplex, and comes with its own fenced-in patio area off the kitchen/dining area. The apartment is two-stories. Living/dining room and kitchen on the first floor, plus two storage closets. The two bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, as well as access to an upper deck that is shared with Apt. A. There's a wood-burning stove in the living room. The apartment has a boiler for its main source of heat. Off-street parking in back off the alley is shared with Apt. A. This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. We have a wall A/C unit for the living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants. Approximate room dimensions: Living room = 10'1" x 15'8" + 5'8" x 4'9" nook next to stairs Kitchen/Dining area = 8'10” x 12'7" Bedroom #1 = 9'11” x 7'11” Bedroom #2 = 10'5" x 10'7" Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat.
