We can setup a payment plan to cover the remaining security and any pet deposits. Since we don't have any application process, all our places are rented on a "first-come, first-served" basis. CATS allowed with an extra $200 cat deposit. ONE SMALL DOG (under 20 lb.) allowed with an extra $300 dog deposit. Certain breeds restricted.
