We’re happy to connect interested tenants with them to inquire about current availability and monthly pricing. Parking availability is separate and not guaranteed. A home cared for by local owners We built and have cared for this home ourselves and have lived in Jersey City for nearly two decades. We value having a friendly, respectful community within our building and neighborhood. We’ve been fortunate to have wonderful long-term tenants, many staying 3–4 years or longer, often moving on because of life changes such as growing families or marriage. You’ll rent directly from us, with no broker, finder’s fee or large property-management company that doesn’t care about you. Lease details 12-month lease. Available September 15, with the possibility of an earlier prorated move-in following turnover. Owners pay water and sewer. Tenant pays electricity, heat/hot water and internet. Small dogs considered with monthly pet fee. No cats due to owner allergy. Credit/background screening, proof of income and standard rental application required. No broker or finder’s fee.
