Perfect Boulder Location! We're looking for the right person to rent the third bedroom in our quaint, light-filled Boulder home with hardwood floors, a peaceful atmosphere, and a sweet yard! Our house is a short walk from Pearl Street and Mount Sanitas in a beautiful neighborhood! We are: a professional man, and woman, (housemates), in our thirties. We don't smoke, we don't have parties (dinner gatherings work, but the house is a bit small for parties :)) and we don't stay up particularly late. One of us gets up early for Zazen (meditation) on weekdays, and thus prefers quiet on weeknights. We each travel often, and enjoy a mellow, easy-going atmosphere at home. We like to laugh, we sometimes cook, and we enjoy people easy to get along with. We are into conscious and clear relationship, and honest communication. We don't have a television in the house (though we have a lot of books) ?. We are also committed to: yoga, meditation, hiking, rock climbing, skiing, sports, reading, dancing, and painting. One of us is a writing tutor/yoga teacher, and the other is an engineer. Our landlord would prefer no pets. The house is small and beautiful. We have extra storage space in our garage, and the yard is open for anyone who would like to plant a vegetable garden! The house is furnished, laundry included. The room: two windows, (north and east facing), hard wood floors, closet, white walls, wood trim, unfurnished, shared bathroom with one housemate. $800/mo + utilities (water, electricity, Internet). We're looking for someone to move in on August 1.
