The building is great. It is close to a lot of the best stuff in DC. I can walk or bike everywhere I need to go and never have to drive unless I'm going out of town. The building has controlled access and a nice group of receptionists, thick walls/ceilings/floors, mail room, laundry on site, really cool rooftop deck with great views of the city. I've never lived in a building with its own Wikipedia page before (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wyoming_Apartments). Rent is $1,100 per person per month. Electric runs about $15-$60 per person per month. I have a fast internet plan (50mbps) that's about $25 per person per month. I have a really low-BS lifestyle. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I don't use the apartment to entertain people. I generally keep to myself and I'm looking for a similarly minded roommate. I'm the kind of person who really appreciates space and quiet and this is an awesome apartment because it's got lots of space (comparatively) and it's pretty quiet. I'm not a neat-freak but I keep it generally hygienic. If this ad is still up the apartment is still available. I am looking for a roommate starting May 1. Send me an email giving me some information about yourself and your plans. No pets. No double-occupancy (two people living in one room is not permissible). All occupants must be on lease. We will negotiate a roommate agreement. Security deposit is 2/3 of a month's rent. The management company requires a background/credit check that costs $35.
