The tenants are responsible for paying all other utilities - The property comes with a parking decal to park in any of the unmarked spaces in the lot *We also recommend getting the City of Gainesville parking decal The property has the option of being furnished with the following items: Common area: sofa, dining table & chairs, TV stand, mounted TV Bedroom: Full size bed and desk *If the furniture is not wanted, the owner will remove it prior to your move in In order to reserve the unit, the following would be required: 1) Each tenant and co-signer fill out and submit a credit/criminal background check application.
