One of my roommates is moving out in January, so we are looking for someone to take over the lease from January until July 31st. We are looking for a third person to sublet our HUGE 3-bedroom/ 1 bath apartment starting January 2013 located in the Museum/Fan district two blocks from Carytown!! On Boulevard, the place has central air, off-street parking, washer/dryer in the building and friendly roommates! You will have 1 female and 1 male roommate (both are full-time students at VCU), who are both very studious but laid back on the weekends. Female roommate preferred but not required, landlord doesn't allow crazy parties--so preferably someone who will be just as laid-back and quiet as we are. Cost is $585 for the room, plus utilities. The whole place is furnished except the room to be sublet. Sorry! Pets not allowed.
