This country rambler sits on a full acre, so you'll have all of the peace and privacy you need. It has plenty of room inside and out. Nestled under the trees in the Winterwood Estates community of Kent-Covington (off Covington Road), you'll be able to relax and enjoy nature at its finest, and still have easy access to Hwy 18, shopping, and all of the other necessities. The grounds include a full 3-car garage with roundabout driveway and fenced yard. There is a covered patio between the house and garage. The rest of the yard is pretty much low maintenance and the owner will be responsible for. The garage will easily fit two cars if you want to have room for a workshop since there is already a large, linear workbench along one wall, plus additional cabinetry for storage. Walk in the front door to real hardwood flooring (and not the inexpenisve vinyl laminate stuff). The fireplace has a blower to efficiently heat the entire home if you do not want to use the oil furnace. The U-shaped kitchen includes an electric range, fridge, stainless dishwasher, and microwave. There is a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, and just off this is the access to a large utility room with washer/dryer and plenty of indoor storage. Down the hall are three bedrooms served by a full bath. Two of the bedrooms are larger than average and one is just average. One of the bedrooms is a master with a larger closet. A linen closet in the hallway provides additional storage. Terms: 12-month lease. $1,700 security deposit; $300 admin fee; $40/adult app fee. $600 heating oil deposit. Last month's rent deposit scheduled over 4 months to ease the burden. No smoking whatsoever. pets ok with an additional deposit and $35 a month in pet rent for first pet. No Sec. 8. Renters insurance required. This house is on septic. So no sewer charges, but there are restrictions on what you can put into it. Tenant will be required to sign a septic addendum. All other utilities (electric, water, trash) by tenant.
